I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The value for money is excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the best parts New Orleans has to offer. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower, though they were a bit on the smaller side. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and kind staff, though the check-in process could be improved. The location felt safe, clean, and convenient, especially with easy access to trolley cars for sightseeing. The dining options were very good, offering delicious choices, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were somewhat small for two double beds, and the bathroom's proximity to the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we had to settle for what was available without proper communication. However, the service was exceptionally patient and provided with a smile, though there were some concerning behaviors noted. The location was convenient to various attractions, offering easy access to popular destinations. The dining was inconsistent, not meeting expectations at times. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
